If you have a date you need your order by contact us and we can advise if this is possible.

Yes, we can tailor the product to your dog. We have bigger hardware and extremely strong carabiners that work well for large breeds

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Paypal is just our payment gateway and you can pay using a debit and credit card through the Paypal site without having a Paypal account.

Sometimes if using a mobile phone the mobile platform doesnt allow for the debit/credit card choice. To resolve this you can click the view on desktop button and refresh which should bring the option up.

Yes if you order is unused it can be returned

Postage must be covered by the customer and we strongly advise to use a tracked delivery service when returning parcels to us as, if we do not have proof that products have been received back with us, a refund may not be possible. 

Please allow up to 14 working days from the date your return parcel is received back at Houndagrips for your refund or exchange to be processed

Your order is shipped via your local Royal Mail postal service. We ask for 7-10 working days as your lead will be made to order
